While we take every reasonable step to ensure that your order is processed, packaged, and shipped with the utmost care, Izaak Khan Mokume Gane Wedding Rings cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our direct control once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (FedEx) or local customs authorities.
